Each system has been selected based on its reliability, performance, and the ability to be customized for the end user. Our security systems have many options and upgrades that will provide you a solid base system that can be built upon, now or in the future. All Bridgewater Pointe Condominiums come with the following systems installed:

Flo Logic System 3

To protect your new home (and your neighbors) from potential damage caused by water leaks, all Bridgewater Point condominiums come with the FloLogic system.

The FloLogic System is described by Popular Science magazine as “the circuit breaker for your home plumbing system”. From a single point on your main water line, the FloLogic system continuously monitors all water flow, detects leaks, and can automatically shut off water to your condo, sound an alarm, and notify you through our central station when you’re away.

Using the included keypad, you can turn your water on and off manually. If you forget to turn it off, the system will automatically turn the water off after a period of no activity. “Home” and “Away” modes can be programmed to match your personal water use patterns.

Electronic Security

Every condo at Bridgewater Pointe comes with a separate, professionally installed security system, with all exterior doors, windows, and living areas covered. With up to 199 different user codes, owners, tenants, house keepers and maintenance can all have their own separate code so you can track who has been there and when.

Keypads are installed at the front entrance and in the master bedroom, providing quick access to system functions and emergency features.

With additional hardware and services, the following features can be added:

Remote Access: View and control your system from any computer with an internet connection.

Lighting and Climate Control: Control your thermostat and lights remotely and create if/then and scheduled events for automation. For example, turning lights on when you open a door or when the motion detector activates.

Audio

With so many different audio options available today, United Security & Control Systems wants to ensure you have the most choices. We have installed professional flush mount ceiling speakers through out that are wired and ready so that a number of different systems can be used. Speaker cables are also in place on the balcony and blanked off, so adding speakers to your balcony is quick and easy. Additional equipment may be necessary for your preferences.  

A scheduled training session will be provided to each owner on the use of all the different systems. At that time monitoring information will be collected and user codes will be programmed into the security system.
